Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BondBinder. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

BondBinder lets you upload wedding vendor contracts and organize extracted payments, dates, deliverables, and reminders. You remain responsible for reviewing every extracted detail against the original contract. BondBinder is an organizational tool and does not provide legal, financial, or wedding-planning advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and notify us if you believe it has been compromised. You may not use another person’s account without permission.

Price and lifetime access

BondBinder includes a free plan for up to five active contract uploads. A one-time fee of $29 unlocks unlimited contract uploads and continuing access for the operational life of the BondBinder service, with no recurring subscription. “Lifetime” refers to the life of the service, not any individual person. Reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits may apply to protect the service for all users.

Free plan

The free plan does not expire and requires no payment card. Free accounts can upload and actively store up to five contracts. Deleting a contract restores that free slot. Existing contracts, organized details, reminders, downloads, and calendar exports remain available without a time limit unless you delete your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the contracts and information you upload. You give BondBinder permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit.

Acceptable use

You may not use BondBinder to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious material, probe or disrupt the service, bypass security or access controls, or upload content unrelated to the intended wedding-contract use in a way that burdens the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BondBinder reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or improve the service.

Disclaimers and liability

BondBinder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that extracted information will always be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, BondBinder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made without checking the original contract.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using BondBinder at any time.
